1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of properties through Blueground. By making a reservation, you agree to all terms outlined below.
2. Reservation and Payment
- A booking is confirmed only once full payment is received.
- All payments must be made through the methods provided by Blueground.
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation.
- Once we receive your payment, our agent will contact you immediately to schedule the viewing, sing the rental contract, and hand over the keys.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations before the check-in date receive a full refund.
- Force majeure situations allow for full refund or rescheduling.
- Viewing Refund: If you decide not to proceed after viewing the property, you receive an immediate full refund.
4. Deposit Return
The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the stay if the property is returned without damage or missing items.
5. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: any time on arrival day.
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
- Early/late check-in is free with prior notice.
6. Property Use
- Property may only be used for residential purposes.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted.
- Guests are liable for any damage caused.
7. Property Inspection
Please inspect the property upon check-in and report any issues immediately.
8. Booking Changes
- All change requests must be made in writing.
- Changes to dates or number of guests are free, subject to availability.
- Extensions or premium services may involve additional fees.
9. Liability
Blueground and the Landlord are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
10. Termination
Bookings may be terminated without refund if the guest violates the Terms or engages in illegal activity.
11. Continued Rental After Blueground Reservation
Upon the completion of your Blueground reservation, you may choose to continue renting the property directly from the landlord under a private agreement.
The monthly rental price will remain identical to the rate paid through our website during your Blueground stay.
This option, along with the guarantee of an unchanged rental rate, will be explicitly stated in your initial contract with us.
12. Data Privacy
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the property is located. Any disputes are handled by local courts.
